DSE / Workstation Risk Assessment
Employers in the UK are required under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and the Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 to provide workstation risk assessments to all those employees who spend most of their time working from the same place.
We offer a full risk assessment in accordance with the statutory regulations which can ensure your employees’ ergonomic workstation needs are met.
The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) gives disabled people an equal right of access to their place of work and our Disability Access Assessment ensures that your company meets this statutory obligation regarding access to the building and also the matter of safe egress for disabled people from it in the event of an emergency.
This assessment service is useful to keep a check on how user-friendly your premises are and to get in place a schedule to bring things into line with the DDA. We can also help those planning building projects by casting our eye over the plans to ensure DDA access requirements are met.

Fire Safety Risk Assessment
Fire Safety Risk Assessments are a statutory requirement of the Regulatory Reform Fire Orders 2005, under which all employers are responsible for ensuring that a Fire Safety Risk Assessment is carried out by a trained and competent person. This replaces the old system under which Fire Safety Inspections were made and Fire Certificates issued by your local fire authority. Our Fire Safety Risk Assessments are completed by our qualified and competent Health and Safety professionals to exacting standards to ensure you meet your statutory duties under the new legislation.
