Our Accident and Incident Investigation service identifies the root causes of the accident / incident and makes recommendations of what further precautions should be taken to prevent any re-occurrence of such an event. This involves a thorough inspection of the circumstances surrounding an accident / incident, by looking at the scene of the accident/incident, interviewing witnesses of the event, inspecting relevant company documentation, creating the necessary photographic record, producing a report detailing the findings of the investigation for the client and acting as an expert witness for them in any subsequent court action.
